The fine print....you agree to the fine print below by signing-up for a workshop. It is all quite straightforward.

1.) We realize that not everyone will be familiar with the local area. If you have any questions, please e-mail us on: craftandpaintstudio@gmail.com a few days prior to the class.

LOCATION - The workshops will be held at IMAGES store in Old Greenwich, 202 Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich, CT 06870. The number '202' is not on the outside of the shop. However, the name of the store is clearly marked on the awning. The shop will be on your left if you are heading into the village. Visual markers: Across the street from the gas station and next to Visible Changes, a hair salon. If you see the Sound Beach Fire Station on your right, you have gone too far. Park and walk back down to the shop. Obviously, mapquest and google maps will help, and the nearest cross-street is Arcadia Road.

2.) We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and by signing-up for a workshop, you agree to hold harmless Craft and Paint, IMAGES,and anyone associated with these two firms.

3.) In the unlikely event that someone hurts him or herself, you agree to receive medical care for yourself and/or child should it be deemed necessary by Craft and Paint staff and helpers. This includes the possibility of calling for an ambulance. You also agree to being responsible for medical costs.

4.) We run friendly and engaging classes. If anyone is disruptive, we will ask him/her/them to leave.

5.) All workshops will run, and none will be cancelled. For these specific workshops, we are not offering a refund should you not be able to attend, and do not permit make-ups.

EXCEPTION: Severely bad weather as deemed by Craft and Paint on the morning of the class. We will notify everyone of this cancellation by e-mail in the morning, and re-schedule. 'Raindate' will be the final weekend in March and no refunds will be given if you are not able to attend.

6.) Payment

Living Social Voucher Holders - You owe us nothing.

You may pay by check, cash or credit card. Workshops cost $24 if you pay by cash or check, and $25 if you pay using your credit card.

PAYMENT USING CASH OR CHECK. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP. Workshops cost $24. You can leave cash or check in the mailbox, or send a check to:

PAYMENT USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP. Workshops cost $25, and you may pay by paypal. WE WILL SEND YOU A PAYMENT INVOICE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THIS REGISTRATION FORM.

7.) Secure processing of registration and payment details. We use a secure https format so that your personal details and payment transaction are secure, and do not get in the hands of the bad guys.

8.) Photography - If we have time, we may take photographs and/or brief videos. This is for our own reference and to show prospective clients to gain new business. This is not done every time, but has occurred from time-to-time, and we are in possession of all visuals at all times. WE ONLY PUBLISH YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS IN PRINT OR THE WEB OR UPLOAD VIDEOS WITH YOUR PERMISSION - OR OTHER PUBLIC FORMS OF ADVERTISING SUCH AS FLYERS, ETC.
